Here is my take on this week’s poetry rehab prompt. https://wordpress.com/read/post/feed/31982590/787692747
A moment
is a movement
with the v for violence and vengeance
eroded out of it
by time.
*
A moment
is the smallest speck
of time
capable of tilting the scales
of evil and good.
*
A moment
exists
in memory only:
the opposite of uprising;
a reckoning of events.

Excellent first line “A moment is a movement” – eminently quotable!
I really like the general feel to this piece – and the first stanza is especially brilliant – the line of moment is a movement with the v for violence eroded out by time … spectacular!
The words carry forward the underlyining athmosphere.
I like it a lot!
